Fill serving tall glass with ice.

1 oz Absinthe

1 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur

Fill with sparkling water.

ABSINTHE COCTAIL

Fill a mixing glass with ice.

1 1/2 oz Absinthe

1 1/2 oz Water

Dash of Orange Bitters

Dash of Sugar Syrup

Shake.

Strain into chilled glass.

ABSINTHE DRIP COCTAIL

In an Absinthe glassor a short parfait glass

1 oz Absinthe

Place Absinthe spoon holding sugar cube over glass,

Slowly drip 3 oz cold water over sugar to melt into drink.

ABSINTHE DRIP COCTAIL (reworked)

Place Absinthe spoon holding sugar cube over Absinthe glass or

short parfait glass.

Slowly pour 1 1/2 oz Absinthe over sugar.

Ignite the sugar, drip 3 oz cold water over sugar

to extinguish and then melt sugar into drink.

NOTE: This is untraditional and not the proper recipe for

someone expecting ABSINTHE DRIP COCTAIL, but it is cool.

Fill with energy drink.
